Understand how to create the right reward system in the organization (salaries, bonuses, and benefits).
Findings:
KPI-created matrix (matrix MBO) for 3-5 positions in your company, calculated efficiency (R) of the staff.
Created "card payment by result" for 5-10 positions for your organization.
